¿Quieres participar en la ESN UC3M?

¿Has estado de Erasmus o programa de intercambio internacional? ¿Te encanta la idea del intercambio cultural? ¿Quieres conocer a más gente con tus mismos intereses e inquietudes?

Desde ESN Carlos III estamos buscando estudiantes de la Universidad Carlos III que sean sociables, organizados y con motivación, que haya participado en un programa de intercambio internacional o le apasione la idea para cursos futuros, con ganas de ayudar a los estudiantes de intercambio de nuestra universidad y con muchas ganas de pasar el tiempo en un ambiente internacional.

Si te ha llamado la atención nuestra asociación, y te apetece participar, te proponemos dos alternativas:

Colaborador

Para aquellos que no estáis seguros de si esto es lo vuestro o no disponéis de mucho tiempo, pero queréis echar una mano a la gente que viene de intercambio.

¿Cuál sería tu cometido?

El colaborador ayudará en las distintas actividades que organice ESN según su disponibilidad, participando en tareas de todo tipo, desde montaje de eventos, gymkhanas, liguillas de fútbol… Siempre como apoyo a los miembros de ESN y organizando como mínimo, una actividad al mes.

Miembro

Para gente con muchas ganas de ayudar, entusiasmo y disponibilidad.

¿Cuál sería tu cometido?

Entrar a ser miembro implica muchas ventajas, y también mucha responsabilidad.

• Organizarás actividades de todo tipo: viajes, eventos culturales, eventos deportivos...
• Aprenderás a trabajar en equipo y a coordinar grupos de personas.
• Tú mismo propondrás actividades y serás responsable de llevarlas a cabo.
• También tendrás que hacer horas de oficina para que los estudiantes de intercambio tengan siempre un punto al que acudir si les surge cualquier problema.
• Y muuuchas cosas más que harán de esta una de tus mejores experiencias ;).

Para solicitar la participación en ESN sólo tienes que rellenar este formulario, adjuntando al final tu CV y una Carta de Motivación (indicando si te interesaría ser Colaborador o Miembro) y muy pronto nos pondremos en contacto contigo.

Do you want to participate in ESN Carlos III?

Have you been on an Erasmus or international exchange program? Do you love the idea of intercultural exchange? Do you want to meet more people with the same interests and concerns than you?

In ESN Carlos III we are looking for students from Universidad Carlos III that are sociable, organized and motivated, who have participated in an international exchange program or would love the idea of doing it, aiming to help the exchange students in our university and wanting to spend time in an international environment.

If we have caught your attention, and you want to participate, we propose you two alternatives:

Collaborator

Aimed for those who are not sure if they have enough free time but would love to help the exchange students.

What are your tasks?

The collaborator helps ESN in organizing activities depending on his/her availability, participating in all kind of tasks such as planning events, gymkhanas, football matches… Always as a support of the ESN members and organizing, at least, one activity per month.

Member

Aimed for enthusiastic people wanting to help and with enough availability.

What are your tasks?

Being a member implies lots of advantages but also responsibilities:

• Organizing every type of activities: trips, cultural and sports’ events...
• You will learn how to work in teams and coordinate groups of people.
• You will propose activities and will be the responsible of taking them till its fulfillment.
• You will have to attend some hours per week at the office to help the exchange students with their doubts and problems.
• And much more things that will make this adventure one of your best experiences ;).
